1. Name
2. Mobile Number
3. Email address
(all three are necessary for verification purposes)
4. Type of cake (Flavor)
5. Size & Shape of cake
6. Design (Original / A / B / C)
7. Ideal Collection/Delivery Date&Time
8. Number of Candles (Big & Small)
9. Any other specifications/special details
Note: If you let me know that it is for a birthday, I will provide free candles, plastic knife and the Happy Birthday Picket-Sign thingy.. haha.. but must remember to let me know the age ya!
Also, please place your orders approximately 1 month in advance as my capacity is quite small, really. But I’ll try my best to cater lah ok? ;p Xie xie ni! Arigatou!!
